Scope and Contents of the Materials

This collection includes correspondence, molasses and sugar manufacturer's reports, invoices, and other financial information about the Delgado-Albania Plantation during the years spanning 1933 to 1953.

Biographical Note

The Delgado-Albania Plantation was situated in Jeanerette, Louisiana and grew sugar cane, producing sugar and molasses as end products. The on-site general manager was Stephen Munson. The plantation was operated by the Delgado-Albania Plantation Commission in New Orleans.
