- Main addressee is the Governor, Salcedo about the attibutions of his services and of the Mayor's, in particular the militia and the troops. At the end of 1804 letters are sent to Colonial Prefect Laussat on same subject. Another correspondent is the Marquis of Casa Salvo, Spanish Commissary of Financial Matters. Also members of the Health Committee, Fire Companies, and individuals. And over all the period the Mayor sends instructions to the district syndics.
