Arrangement: The collection is arranged into two series, Concert programs (Box 1) and Office files (Boxes (2-5). Concert programs are arranged chronologically. Office files (Boxes 2-5) are arranged as described here: the collection's creators generally devoted files to specific performances. Each file contains documents pertaining to that performance, including concert schedules, broadsides, programs, correspondence, sheet music, performance descriptions, et cetera. Files are arranged in chronological order by date of performance. Box 6 is an accretion of materials, which includes fliers and mailings that are arranged chronologically. The collection consists of 6 boxes and 1 oversize folder. It is 3 linear feet.
