- Box 11 contains other material relating to COD. This box also contains the correspondence relating to TDT's attempt to get NB published without the "forced airs" getting any of the proceeds. John D. Toole's (father of JKT) personal items are in the box. TDT's correspondence through 1981 February is also contained in this box. Unless otherwise indicated all correspondence is from or to TDT. Comments on content are only provided for correspondence that directly relates to JKT and the publication of his works or that expresses something other than appreciation. Many of these letters are simple fan letters.
