Name: Schiro, Margaret G.

Historical Note: Margaret May Gibbes "Sunny" Schiro (1909-1996) was the wife of former New Orleans mayor Victor Schiro. She was actively involved in the Daughters of the American Revolution, Y.W.C.A., Red Cross, Lake Vista Womans Club, Sara-Mayo Hospital Guild, Colonial Dames XVII Robert Ruffin Chapter, and the restoration of Fort St. John on Bayou St. John.
