Name: Darinsbourg, Frederico.


Historical Note: Frederico Darinsbourg (d. 1788) was a plantation owner of Swedish extraction who lived in St. Charles Parish, Louisiana. His parents were Don Carlos Darinsbourg and Doña Margarita Meaguerin. He was married to Elizabet Deselle and had the following children: Margarita, Elisabet, Luisa, Rosalina, Pedro, Constansa, and Carlos Aime. He owned property 11 leagues upstream from New Orleans on the other side of the river as well as several slaves.
