Name: Harrod, Charles L.

Historical Note: Charles L. Harrod was the father of Benjamin Morgan Harrod (1837-1912), an American civil engineer who, from 1895 to 1902, directed the construction of the water and sewerage systems in New Orleans. He was married to Mary Morgan and an Episcopalian.
