Scope and Contents: The collection contains pamphlets, a bibliography, clippings, notes, galley proofs, photographs, negatives, and other materials used in researching the book, Louisiana's Art Nouveau: The Crafts of the Newcomb Style, written by Mary Irvine. There is also a card index box with references used for Louisiana's Art Nouveau. There are exhibition loan forms from the National Gallery, lists of Newcomb craftsmen, as well as Sadie Irvine material. Sadie Irvine was one of the most well-known designers of Newcomb Pottery.
