Scope and Contents: The collection is made up of correspondence (1812-1832), including letters from A. Cruzat and members of the the Fleurian de Bellemarc family; a journal covering a voyage from Caen to New Orleans; and an 1841 composition book of Cécile Fleurian de Bellemarc. There are also legal documents, including an 1868 copy of an 1832 act of donation involving transfer of property on Rampart Street by Adelaide Dehomme to her sister Arséne Delhomme, Fleurian de Bellemarc's widow, and an 1882 marriage certificate of Ovide LeBesque and Cécile Fleurian de Bellemarc. Also included is an "agenda perpétual," a record of family dates and events.
