Scope and Contents: The collection consist of correspondence, school papers, succession documents, military papers, certificates, photographs, and business papers relating primarily to the family of Francis L. Martin, his wife Elizabeth Williams Martin, and their two sons, Laurence and Francis. Also included is a ledger of the Martin, Davie, and Company (1894-1910), after 1904 named Francis Martin and Company, Limited describing the business of the firm.
