Scope and Contents of the Materials

The collection is made up of photographs, photograph album, an army songbook, booklets, a listing of places Peter Fedoroff passed through while in the Army, a map of France, a membership card of the American Drug Stores Dunkers Club, postcards, drafts, manuscripts, typescripts, plays, novels, correspondence, notes, and research materials. Peter Fedoroff was a private in the Washington Artillery during World War I and Alexander Fedoroff was a New Orleans dramatist.

Biographical Note

Peter Fedoroff was a private in the Washington Artillery during World War I. Alexander Fedoroff was a New Orleans dramatist and wrote "Day of Grace," which was produced on Broadway in 1948. He is also the author of the novel, Swords and Scepters, Coins and Cups as well as The Side of the Angels, and Falling through the Night.
