Name: Fingerman, Milton, 1928-

Historical Note: Milton Fingerman was a professor of zoology at Newcomb College beginning in 1954 and is the author of The Control of Chromatophores. He was managing editor of American Zoologist for 15 years and became chairman of the Tulane Department of Ecology, Evolution, and Organismal Biology, retiring in 2000.
