Historical Note: Eugene A. Forstall of New Orleans, along with his brother, Victor Forstall, in Mexico, and his father, Edmond John Forstall, ran the family business, the sugar plantation in St. James Parish. He was married to Lise Cantrelle Forstall. He was interested in the variations in the prices of sugar and molasses.
