Historical Note: George Campbell Huchet de Kernion (1878-1953) was a noted lawyer and accountant of federal tax law. He was also well known as an orator and lectured to civic groups. In addition, he was an advisory editor of the Louisiana Historical Quarterly and an early radio lecturer .
