Marion Stem was "a pioneer leader in the organization of women's clubs and charitable organizations in New Orleans." She aided in organizing The Woman's Social and Industrial Association, the first women's club in New Orleans. Collection includes account sheets, bulletins, programs, invitations, newspaper articles, and a journal of a trip abroad in 1913. Also includes a scrapbook compiled at the time of her death.
