Lippincott, and George Mooreman; manuscripts of Townsend's stories, essays and poems; and diaries, clippings, and other material pertaining to her book Here and There in Mexico. The correspondence includes letters from several literary figures. Of special inters is Mary Ashley Townsend's travel log of Mexico during the 1880s and 1890s, letters from Mollie Moore Davis, and other letters from admirers of Stanton's and Townsend's literary works.
